Harvest Green by Johnson Development hosts with Title Sponsor Memorial Hermann Sugar Land for the 6th Annual OutRun Hunger 5K benefitting East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry on October 7, 2023! This is a professionally timed 5K with finisher medals for the top 3 in each age bracket. If you are not a runner, don't worry because this race can easily be walked and is fun for the whole family. After the run, stick around for a fun post race party with a bounce house, face painters, tons of vendors and balloons!
This year you can "Run and Fundraise" where you have people sponsor you to run/walk. All of those proceeds will go directly to East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry. There will be a prize for the top 3 fundraisers!
You can sign up as an individual runner or sponsor the event. 100% of the proceeds go directly to East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry, the food pantry that feeds Fort Bend County. Last year's event raised over $30,000 for the food pantry, and we’re praying you can help us raise even more this year to serve our neighbors in need.
Event Day Schedule
Registration/check-in starts at 7:45 AM
Kid’s Run starts at 8:30 AM
5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 AM
Family Friendly Event
All ages and abilities welcome. There will be face painting, animal balloons and food trucks for the whole family to enjoy.
Post Race Party
After you run or walk, stick around and enjoy friends and fellowship! We will have food, vendors and more fun for the whole family.
